Greetings,
My name is Chuck Hand from
Port St. Lucie, Florida. I developed this website to keep interested people informed about opportunities to learn
the Argentine Tango, where to go to dance it, and related special events along the Treasure Coast area of Florida. It
has now expanded to include links for the entire state of Florida as well. "Treasure Coast Tango" is comprised of some very passionate regional tango dancers that are dedicated
to supporting the tango community in this part of Florida.

MY MISSION
To promote the passion of the Argentine Tango dance for all of my Tango dancing friends
and instructors here in the Treasure Coast area of Florida, which includes St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, Palm Beach, and
Brevard counties. To help connect people to all of the opportunities to learn and dance the Tango anywhere in the state of
Florida as well!
PUBLISHER
I am the creator and publisher of the original "Treasure
Coast Tango Connection" emailed newsletter, which I started in the fall of 2006 and which
this website replaced. After much frustration in locating learning venues and local milongas , and of only
hearing through word of mouth of opportunities for the Argentine Tango in my area, I decided
to compile and share detailed information to those also interested in this very unique and passionate dance. This a constantly
changing world and I am glad to help keep everyone up-to-date!
This service is a totaly FREE and non-profit venture, there are no ads, and no fees
for being listed in the directories!
